Recovery Managers assist program participants in accessing needed services and resources; coordinate care with local mental health authorities, managed care organizations, and other providers; and monitor the provision of services according each person’s needs.

Peer Support Specialists provide individualized mentoring to youth in foster care who have high needs and are living in congregate care or without a placement. Working alongside DFPS caseworkers, they build trusting relationships, support each youth's own goals, and share regular progress updates throughout the six-month program.

Youth Care Workers provide direct care and supervision to children who have experienced trauma and are without a permanent home. They aid CPS staff, who are always present throughout the duration of supervision shifts, in the caring and appropriate monitoring of children and youth until long-term placement is found.
